DRUMMERS UNITE TO HONOR BONZO

September 25th will mark the 30th anniversary of the passing of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham and to mark the occasion, some of the best kitmen in rock will take part in an event in L-A. It’s called Bonzo: The Groove Remains the Same and during the concert, a rotating cast of guest drummers will perform their favorite Led Zeppelin songs. Among the percussionists taking part are Steven Adler, Vinnie Appice, Frankie Banali, Jomes Kottak, Chris Slade, Chad Smith, Bonham’s son Jason Bonham and many others. Neil Peart is a Long Beach resident so Im sure he’d be there if Rush wasnt touring…
