The Beatles have not authorized their catalog to be online but a subscription-based digital music service called Zaptunes is offering users remastered songs from the Fab Four.  According to Spinner, the site claims they have permission but EMI, who handle the rights to the Beatles’ music, disagree and are apparently drawing up legal papers to stop them from posting the music.  Read more at Spinner.com.
